Shipping and Returns
We make each order on-demand, meaning we print, cut and sew your order after you place it. This makes our products really special.
It's very important to us that you get what you ordered as quickly as possible. All apparel (t-shirts and hats) that is made to order takes about 2-7 business days to create and non-apparel (phone cases) takes 2-5 business days for production. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
U.S. shipping ranges from 2 - 8 business days depending on destination, while International orders take 2 - 20 business days. Shipping notifications are sent out via email after order is shipped with a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly locate the whereabouts of your order. Delivery times may be longer around major holidays.
Unfortunately we cannot modify or cancel an order after it has been placed.
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
We are not responsible for any damage or delays incurred by the shipping service. Weather, holidays and any other delays are out of our control. We do our best to process your orders as soon as possible and cannot control any delays that may occur within the USPS.
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… they are on the way :)
Please advise: we are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly and will ship to the address that is on your order so please be sure to confirm the address to which you are shipping.

Shipping and handling rates are calculated by number of items and the location shipping to. Charges for shipping and handling on this site represent shipping costs that will cover the maximum quantity (no more than 19 units). For larger orders (over 19 units) please contact us.
Since we are located in California and North Carolina, we are required by law to tax all orders shipped there. The California (CA) state sales tax rate is 10% and North Carolina (NC) state sales tax rate is 7.5%.
Note that 19 Boost will only charge sales tax on orders shipped to California and North Carolina.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. 19 Boost does not take responsibility for possible fees.
International orders are subject to import duties and taxes that are the recipients responsibility. You can check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
All 19 Boost products are thoroughly checked for correct sizing and defects before being packed for shipping. If your product is defective, we are happy to provide an exchange. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing.
The risk of loss and title for such items pass to the User upon our delivery to the carrier. It is the Customer's responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case 19 Boost will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
Any claims for damaged/defective products must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received
Please email us at email@example.com prior sending your order back to initiate the exchange/return process, include pictures if possible, and we'll do our best to make the returns process easy. Customers are responsible for the costs associated with exchanging/returning a product, including shipping the product back to us, and any exchanged product back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
19 Boost is not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address or undeliverable items. Please check the shipping address closely before placing your orders.
In case of returns, the customer is responsible for shipping. 19 Boost is not responsible for items lost in transit.
